The Sickness was the second track recorded for the album. It contains no actual keyboard, but rather a sound that I achieved by slapping the E string on my bass on a high level of reverb, and then modulating it by frequencies. The lyrics reflect a feeling of disconnection from reality and a desire to want to be disconnected.
