Hell is in my Head is a track about my own fear inadequacy and self-loathing. Often the person who has betrayed me or been responsible for my failings and shortcomings has been me. After dealing with bullies and petty individuals who for whatever reason sought to bring me down I felt the need to write a song about how low I felt, to remind myself that I'm not this person, nor will I ever be.
