Originally not concieved in the album's creation, and when it was written not intended to make the final cut, the song is nothing but keyboard and loops taken from percussive sounds made by a sampler. The end result is a melancholy but somewhat optimistic sounding mixture of what it feels like to cope with loss and loneliness. I decided it fit the album, both in sonic texture and title so I decided to put it in to stand apart from some of the harder rock songs. This is a rock album, but I want it to stand apart from just one genre or one message, thus this song fits.
